Risky Risk Taker: Elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar are risks. Obesity, smoking and moderate to heavy alcohol use are risks. Don’t be a risky risk taker when taking these risks.
Sarcopenia: To prevent the acceleration of age-related sarcopenia, include resistance exercises to your weekly schedule. Sarcopenia symptoms include muscle weakness, decreased energy, loss of muscle mass, and problems with balance & walking. Without resistance exercises, you will feel older faster.
Always Right: You are always right until you find out that you are wrong. If you are not reaching your life’s goals, assume that your thinking wrong and try thinking a different way.
Love Problems: Love all your problems because love will make them easier to solve. Like an entrepreneur, love every aspect of your business. You are your business; make it succeed.
Symptom Suppression: Medications alone can only suppress your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, pain or weight gains. These medications will not heal you. Chose lifestyle changes that will reduce the need to suppress these symptoms.
Money Matters: Learn from others on how they manage their money and solved for: Living pay check to pay check, financial investments, retirement, expenses, etc. Take some of the time you spend worrying about your money and apply it to learning about your money.
