Embrace Resistance: Muscles & bones stay strong by routinely doing resistance exercises. If you don’t embrace a regular practice of resistance exercises, your muscles & bones will not maintain their strength.

What’s Your Why: Know why you are doing whatever you’re doing. If it’s adding to the health of your mind, body, spirit, social, financial and work health, then great! If not, then why?

Default Life: When you are not actively trying to improve an area of your life, you are living by default. Continuous improvement is the only way to make & sustain progress.

We Finder: Find like-minded people who share your interests. Even solo activities are more fun when you share your successes and challenges. Now, go find your ‘we’.
