When Yes Means No: When you say, “Yes,” to something, you are saying, “No,” to its opposite. Agreeing to an unhealthy action or negative thought, is another way of saying, “No,” to being healthy or happy. Choose wisely.

Inflammation: Inflammation is your body’s alarm system and it’s ask asking for your help. From a pimple to high blood pressure, signs of inflammation can be found wherever there is redness, swelling, heat, pain, or decreased function. Don’t ignore your alarm system, because it is counting on you for help.

Wishy Wants: When you ‘wish’ for something, you wait for it to happen. When you ‘want’ something, you go after it. Don’t mix them together or you will end up with Wishy Wants.

Muscle Mass: At about age thirty, muscles begin to lose their mass, strength & function. You can let it happen or you can reverse & prevent it by practicing daily resistance exercises. It’s your choice.

Exercise Pill: Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle and helps with depression, blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, heart diseases, strokes, cancers and so much more. Like medications & vitamins, we need reminders to take them. What’s your reminder to take your ‘Exercise Pill’?

Self First, not Selfish: When you are in an optimal state of health & happiness, you are in a better position to help those around you. Take care of your health & happiness needs, everyday, because we need you to be your best.
