Routine List: Routines can improve your life & routines can ruin your life. Look at your daily & weekly routines and keep the good ones and get rid of the bad ones.
Trying Not To Give Up: Never give up on trying to improve your health & happiness, because ‘trying’ is the first step to finding a way to improve yourself.
Life-Trainer: Think of yourself as a life-trainer. Every thought & activity you do each day contributes to the person that you are training to be.
No Surprises: We cannot solely rely on a doctor, a teacher, a coach, a financial advisor, or a therapist to make us better. We must add to those relationships by learning about our problems & sharing what we learned so that there will be no surprises.
Ignorant Choices: Current knowledge & information drives your choices in one direction. If you are not making the progress that you expect, then consider that your choices are ‘ignorant choices’ and that you need more knowledge & information.
