Everyday Learner: Design your own curriculum & education plan. Accidental learning can be fun, but deciding what you will learn puts you in control.
Wakeup Call: A breaking point can be a ‘wakeup call’ that gets some people motivated to improve their lives. Know your breaking point and use it as your ‘wake up call’ for improving your life. Then, set your alarm before your ‘wake up call’ and start taking action.
Younger Aging: When you stop doing what your younger self could do, you start to feel old. What are you doing now that you want to do when you are older? Whatever it is, don’t stop doing it.
Priority Practice: Everything you are doing at every moment is your priority. If it’s not, ask yourself why are you doing it. Then, create a standard for the practices that you want to prioritize.
