Time
Wellness Time: To be well, it takes time to ‘think’, ‘plan’ & ‘take action’. Without ‘wellness time’, it’s hard to improve your health & happiness. Decide on the level of wellness you want to achieve; then, incorporate wellness time into your day.
Playtime: Children & adults learn so much during ‘playtime’, but many people give up play as they age. Find some time to play and enjoy the fun & happiness that you enjoyed as a kid.
Love Time: Dedicate time to do what you love. It doesn't have to be practical or meaningful to anyone else but you. Any time spent on an activity of love will impact your happiness.
Time Lost: Time flies & becomes meaningless when you dive deep into something that you love doing. Mind chatter is silenced when you get lost in an activity of love. Search out & do activities that cause ‘time lost’ and let time fly.
Reflection Time: You can either be a reactor or a reflector to the world around you. Reacting gives you no time to improve your responses. Reflecting gives you time to improve your thinking which, over time, will improve your responses.
Time Shares: Time becomes more valuable as you age and the price of your ‘time shares’ go up with each passing day. Use this valuable asset to invest in the person that you want to be and invest it heavily in the commodities of health & happiness.
