Body Talk: Your body is talking to you and some of its languages are blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, pain, weight. and energy level. Listen to your body talk because ignoring it would be rude.

Speed of Aging: When your unhealthy habits outweigh your healthy habits, your aging speeds up. When your healthy habits outweigh your unhealthy habits, your aging slows down. Set your cruise control to the aging speed you desire.

Lifestyle Impact: Your everyday activities are your lifestyle. Your lifestyle impacts your thoughts, physical health, and your energy. Balance your lifestyle activities with the health & happiness you want.

Eat, Do, Think: What you eat, what you do and what you think are the foundations of who you are. Make the changes to your foundation you are seeking self-improvement.

Life Values: Life values are the qualities that you possess to achieve your purpose. When your purpose changes, adjust your values as needed. The more universal your values are the less adjustments you will have to make.

The Bottom: Hitting bottom allows you to wake up or give up. When life starts to spiral down, look for someone to lift up. The more you lift others up, the stronger you will be to lift yourself off your ‘bottom’.
