Weekly Journal Reflections
Wellness Walk: If you do not have a regular exercise routine, start going on wellness walks. Two 11-minute walks per day equals the recommended minimum weekly activity to support good physical health.
Get Involved: If you cannot reach a goal on your own, get involved by seeking deeper learning & connecting with people who are working towards the same goal. You will learn from the more experienced and reinforce your learning by sharing with those with less experience.
Expert Warning: If you start feeling like an expert, use that feeling as a warning signal and seek out others who are smarter than you. Keep your mind open, endless and humble.
Distraction Owner: Own your distractions so that you can complete the activity you want to do. Time them, delegate them or eliminate them, but no matter what, don’t let your distractions own you.
Life Regrets: Address your life regrets while you are living. Don’t wait for your death bed to wish that you did something differently. Do something differently, now.
Sounding Board: Share your life’s desires with someone who you trust, someone who is kind & someone who will challenge you to grow. This ‘someone’ should be your sounding board for your thoughts on all that you desire.
