Tomorrow’s Bridge: At day’s end, set yourself up to jump into your next day’s task. By creating ‘Tomorrow’s Bridge’, you will know exactly where to begin and be more motivated to get to work.
Intentional Smile: Go out of your way to make yourself & others smile. Accidental smiling is wonderful, but when you take charge of the smiles in you and around you, your world becomes a better place.
Doing: When in doubt or just not feeling right, get up and ‘do’. Do something! Do anything! Put your body in motion. Any action will cause a reaction. Keep on ‘doing’ until it leads you to the next thing to do.
Preventive Maintenance: A healthy lifestyle is your Preventive Maintenance program. Using your desired optimal health & happiness goals, carry out lifestyle activities at a frequency that will lower or eliminate avoidable illnesses & abnormal body functioning.
Best Decision: Even when there isn’t a perfect decision, you can always make the best decision with all the available information. No matter what the outcome, just be prepared to make your best decision, again & again.
Smile Scale: Throughout the day, count the times you intentionally made yourself or someone smile. This smile scale count will remind you to reflect on how well you are caring for the health & happiness of yourself & those around you.
