Warning Signals: Abnormal blood values or body changes are warning signals used by your body to ask for help. Warnings may be described as irregular, borderline, elevated, low, high, over/under, at risk, high risk or life threatening. To improve your health, all abnormal bloodwork, blood pressure, body weight, and skin conditions need some action from you.
Risky Business: Identify all that is putting your health & happiness at risk. Then, decide if you want to address the risk now or wait until it gets worse.
Honest Goal: If your action is not driving you towards your goal, change your action or decide if you really want to achieve your goal. Then, recommit to achieving your goal or drop your goal, because you can’t do both.
Healthy Lifestyle: Daily living defines your lifestyle. If you are continuously learning & improving your happiness & health, then you are on the path to living a healthy lifestyle.
Now Priority: Whatever you are doing at any moment is your most important priority. If it is not, then, you can easily stop it and do what is more important. You can only do one thing at a time. So, choose your ‘Now Priority’ wisely.
Steps: The steps that you take will get you closer to the life you want. What steps are you taking taking today that will move you closer to a happier & healthier life?
