Me-Experiments: Try ‘Me-Experiments’ to improve your happiness & health. If an action improves your life, stick with it. If an action fails to improve your life, change your future action. You get to decide which experiments work & which don’t. You have a lifetime to try ‘Me-Experiments’; so, keep on experimenting.
Training Session: Everything that we think and do is a training session for whom we will become. Approach every meal, every activity, every relationship and every thought as a training session for the development of your future self.
Feed Confidence: Confidence is a state of mind. Indulge yourself in learning & doing things that build your confidence. Find people & resources that build & support your growth, spirit and enjoyment.
Everyday Symptoms: How you feel is a response (a symptom) to how you choose to interact with the world and how you choose to interact with yourself. Make adjustments to your external & internal interactions to yield the everyday feelings you want.
Share What Works: When something is working for you, share it with others. It may open their minds to possibilities that may help them to help themselves. It’s win-win whenever we reach out to help others.
Improvement Rhythm: Decide how fast or how slow you want to improve. Then, set up a schedule for practicing & celebrating all that you will accomplish. Then, enjoy the rhythm of your improvements.
