Target versus Goal: Complete your objectives and get results to lead you towards your ultimate ambition. Short-term targets (objectives/targets) aligned to long-term goals (ambitions) will energize your efforts to delivered focused outcomes.

Share Your Stories of Struggle: Find the ‘right’ person to talk to about your challenges and you will find that you are not the only one who is facing those challenges.
