Mind-Trending: Create algorithms or information feeds to improve your daily thoughts. Your thoughts are you; so, to improve your daily thoughts, you need to be careful where you spend your thinking time.
Wellness Walks: Like any exercise, if you gradually decrease your efforts, you will no longer be strong enough to do it. Build walking into your everyday.
Catch-Up: If you break your healthy routine, look for ways to make it up by ‘catching-up’. This practice will help to highlight its importance, regain some loses and reinforce the need to maintain the healthy routine without focusing on the negative.
Feel The Earth & Create Your Sunrise: Feel the earth and all around it. Then, think how you are a part of it. Then, create your sunrise by allowing your healthy smile to brighten and color your day.
