Do For Others: Jump start your own self-care by helping someone else. Acts of caring or helping improves your relationships with family, friends and your community and can be a win-win when you see that you have the potential to help yourself.

Toot The Horn: Don’t be afraid to tell the world about something good you accomplished. Just be humble & acknowledge the resources & sources that helped you. Then, and more importantly, make sure that you recognize the accomplishments of others.

The Get-There Plan: When struggling to achieve a goal, write out your plan and the steps you need to get there. Visit the plan often and use this written plan to ensure that the steps are doable and that your commitment to achieving the goal is real.

Start With Joy: Start & restart healthy activities with joy. Enjoy the newness as if it’s a first love. Then, when the newness has passed, tap into the joy that got you started.

Desire Listening: Listen to your desires. Listen to other people’s desires. Then, inspire yourself & others to take the steps needed to achieve them. Do this while prioritizing the actions that improve long-lasting happiness & health.

Power of One: By starting with or adding one good thing to your daily routine, you will be closer to achieving your goal. Use the power of one to drive improvement in your Mind, Body, Spirit, Social, Finance & Work health.
