Self-Improvement
Slow Down & Quit: To quit a difficult & unhealthy habit, gradually slow down the habit by replacing it with a healthy habit. Be consistent and persistent, but most of all, be respectful & kind with every self-directed effort taken.
Lone Improvement: Self-improvement is dependent on an individual’s effort. If others do not support the effort, then, work on the improvement alone.
Good For You: To support good health, we need to eat more plants, exercise regularly & schedule time to destress. Whether we liked or not, they just need to be done because they are ‘good for you’.
Tired of Tired: Treat tiredness as symptom. Search, list and consider all possible causes. If the fix is not obvious, work with a clinical specialist to help identify and resolve the root cause.
In Your Way: Don’t let others get in your way of your progress. If they don’t offer help or support, then they are only getting ‘in your way’.
Like A Business: Run your health & happiness ‘like a business’. All divisions of your business must run well to be successful and you are responsible for each division - Mind, Body, Spirit, Social, Finance, Work.
