Imagine Meals: Imagine that we ate foods in their natural whole-state. Imagine that we enjoyed eating all different colored vegetables & fruits. Imagine that if we ate any animal products that they came from a loving-sustainable environment & that they were free of growth hormones & antibiotics. Imagine that we trained our bodies to crave & seek out meals made with natural & whole-food-plant-based foods. Can you imagine how these imaginable-meals would change your health?

Imagine Movement: Imagine that we moved a little more each day. Imagine that we strengthened our muscles, bones, ligaments & tendons on a regular basis. Imagine that we actively increased our endurance & flexibility. Imagine that we consistently maintained a playtime routine. Imagine that our choice of exercise was fun. Imagine that we found people who enjoyed the same physical activities as we do. Imagine that we adjusted our physical goals to inspire our bodies to stay active. Can you imagine how these imaginable-movements would change your body?

Imagine Awe: Imagine that we were inspired by the people & the world around us. Imagine that we could feel & appreciate the earth’s energy every time that we walked in nature. Imagine that we gave thanks for living another day. Imagine loving & supporting the people in our lives. Imagine that we can appreciate the greatness of the sun & the calmness of the moon. Imagine that we could express a daily gratitude for one thing in our lives. Imagine that we can dedicate our positive actions to a person who needs emotional support. Imagine that we could do one thing for another person that made them happy. Can you imagine how these imaginable-awe experiences would change how you perceive your world?

Imagine Relationships: Imagine that we were active in building a circle of supportive family & friends. Imagine that we built honest relationships with like-minded people. Imagine that we took time to learn & improve our communications skills. Imagine that we learned techniques to give love when we are feeling at our worst. Imagine that we joined organizations & clubs that shared our interests. Imagine that we helped others to be their best selves. Imagine that we are in control of finding & building a social network that enjoys our company as much as we enjoy their company. Can you imagine how these imaginable-relationships would add comfort, safety & love to your everyday interactions?

Imagine Self-Control: Imagine that we were in control of our thoughts. Imagine that we could steer ourselves away from dependencies such as smoking, vaping, overspending, gambling, alcohol, substance abuse, refined sugar & other addictions. Imagine that we could seek help, support & resources to take the steps needed to gain self-control. Imagine that we were open to allowing others to help us to reach our goals. Imagine that we were able to resist environmental forces that nudge us into negative thinking & self-destructive behaviors. Imagine that we had the strength to accept failures as stepping stones to succeed instead of stones that are holding us down. Imagine that we were able to consciously control our anger & channel that energy to carry out actions that received complements. Can you imagine how this imaginable-self-control would improve your life?

Imagine Purpose: Imagine that the things that we did throughout the day contributed to our life’s purpose. Imagine that everything that we did contributed to what matters most to us. Imagine that every day we did something that made us smile & it that contributed to something meaningful. Imagine that our actions created joy for our partners, our children, our neighbors & our co-workers. Imagine that we were able to reduce behaviors that added stresses, distractions & conflicts. Imagine that our behaviors provided us with more time to accomplish what we were set out to do. Imagine that we could add something to our everyday that makes us feel that our day had value. Imagine that at the end of our day we felt like the day was worth living. Can you imagine how living your imaginable-life’s purpose would bring you & others joy?
